What is an out of office reply: An out of office reply is an email that you send to someone who is not in an office, they receive it when they get back.


What is higher importance: A higher importance email uses a flag to tell the person opening the email it is ugent and needs opening as soon as possible.

What is a spam filter:

A spam filter is a program that stops emails you don't want from getting into your inbox and clogging it up creating spam.


Bcc and CC on outlook



CC stands for carbon copy, this is where you can send emails to more than one person. BCC stands for blind carbon copy, it protects the privacy of your contacts and helps to reduce the amount of spam in your emails. When sending an email, all of your contacts are clearly displayed in the message. If you forward the email the previous email sent to all of your contacts will be forwarded too.


You can dind the contact you are looking for by typing the name in the box labelled bcc.
